    I am a registered nurse, and skeptical of most vitamins, supplements, and even prescritpion medications. I feel that either they don't work at all, or the side effects negate much of their effectiveness (I make an exception with antibiotics!)  But after looking into Usana and taking them faithfully for over two years, I am now a believer.

I usually tell skeptics to try the product for three months- if they can't tell a difference, I wouldn't spend the money either.
